Hi! I'm Brian.
I am an executive coach who helps early-stage founders transform into high-performance leaders. I previously started and ran Fitocracy, one of the largest fitness social networks of its time, and sold it in 2015. Afterwards, I joined 500 Startups as a venture partner and later led major product initiatives at Credit Karma and Eaze. Also professionally certified as a coach, I bring the best of both worlds: real-world experience and coaching know-how.
I coach leaders of early stage startups backed by top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Union Square Ventures, Y Combinator, and 500 Startups. Clients come to me because they recognize they need to level up as leaders but they are getting stuck along the way.
